The Production Desk assigns requests to our managed team, a coordinated group of experts who work through your queue. A Dedicated Seat assigns one named expert to your account who works exclusively on your requests every business day. It depends on complexity. Simple tasks (a social graphic, a blog upload, a basic page edit) typically return the next morning, 24 to 48 hours. Standard tasks (an ad set, a landing page section, a presentation) take 2 to 4 business days.
